We attach an article on the No 311 Sqn´s Memorail Unveiling Ceremony held at the St Duthus Cem Tain, Highland to this update on the fifth anniversary of the event. Eighteen Cz members of No 311 Bomber Sqn were burried there.
On Nov 2, 1944 Sgts Rudolf Barvir, Vaclav Cerny, Josef Kostal and Stepan Stetka were laid to rest here as well as W/O Stepan Petrasek, F/Sgts Frantisek Benedikt, Frantisek Havranek and Josef Sebestik and Sgt Walter Hnilicka on Dec 9, 1944, W/O Oldrich Bures, F/Sgts Antonin Bednar,Milos Bodlak, Ivo Englaender, Sgt Martin Dorniak on Jan 8, 1945 and F/Lt Josef Simet, F/Sgts Arnost Hayek and Zdenek Palme and Sgt Jozef Vanis on April 13.
