    Graves in the La Targette Cem

    Thanks to the www.fcafa.wordpress.com website you can see here twenty-nine gravestones of the Cz airmen who had been burried in this Cemetery.

    Though you can find here also one of the King of the Air - an famous Aerobat Frantisek Novak - his remains were airlifted to his Homeland and laid to their final resting place in his native village of Sokolec nr Nymburk. HERE

    You can find on this page also five pictures of the Cz airmen who perished en route from the USSR to UK onboard of the Royal Navy´s light cruisers of Edinburgh and Trinidad in spring of 1942.
