A Reunion of not only the RAF veterans was held ten years ago.
Both their names and of the ones, whose relatives came to Prostejov on that day, are HERE
The name of Mr Vaclav Kamarad [Vahtslav Kammarrahd] is not among them. Manufacturing a memorial plaque dedicated to Col Joe Bryks MBE was masterminded by him. He had been a member of the Olomouc Political Prisoners Confederation in spring 2005. It was unveiled by the pilot´s wife on June 2, 2005.
Thanks to further co.operation with some of these families we could post the texts on the brothers Jan and Miroslav Ctvrtliks and Florian Jahoda last year. The one on Brig Joe Bryks MBE this summer. We are ready to do so in other families.
