100th birthday anniversary

Today at 10 am a remembrance ceremony of a patriot Henry Prokop was held at the Prostejov Local Cem´s Urn Dpt
He would have been a hundred years old today. He served with the RAF in the 1940 – 1945 time frame. After WWII Henry was a Chairman of the Free Czechoslovakia Airmen Association. He gathered information and messages on his comrades. A ´Czech Odyssey´ book was authored by him. What a pity two books being written by him on his comrade-in-arms´ life stories as well as his uniform, notes and souvenirs were dumped by his step-children fifteen years ago.
